My wife Amanda and I would highly recommend Lee and his Platinum team to anyone looking to buy a home. Lee was very knowledgeable in the area which we purchased. We love our new home! He and his team were dedicated to finding us a home that was exactly what we were searching for. Lee negotiated $7,900 under asking price and even got thousands of dollars back in closing costs. Lee and Jen were fantastic. They showed my home frequently and were able to negotiate a price $10,000 above the asking price with an all cash contract. Moreover, I had to travel and could not be present for the closing. They made all the arrangements to accommodate my schedule. I have already recommended them. Julie and Lee’s team at MVP Realty were amazing at helping us negotiate the purchase price of our new construction home.
